You might be thinking that subject line is the act of a stroke victim, but it all happened, folks. Academy award nominee Natassia Kattan just posted a short Instagram story where she showed off a giant, brand new dinnerware set. While sucking down a slurpee (it was cherry, she later confirmed,) Tassia took the biggest plates and threw them against her tile floor, not showing the damage below, but making sure you could hear the loud crash that followed. As an explanation, Tassia stated in her video, "Breaking things is healthy if it keeps you from making unhealthy decisions." Years ago, when Natassia's nudes leaked (including graphic videos of herself and Evan Engelson), we also learned that Natassia has Bipolar I disorder, and though it often comes up in interviews, she rarely says much about it. I'm guessing this kind of stress relief isn't exactly prescribed by her therapist, and while locations like The Rage Cage in NYC are known for this exact method of deflating, if she had gone to one of those places, she wouldn't have to clean up all those little bits of glass herself. More power to her.
